Our Vinyasa flow yoga classes are open to everyone, from the yoga novice to seasoned yogis. Sessions are taught by friendly, experienced teachers on open spaces, so you can salute the sun whilst inhaling pure mountain air and practice the lotus position while admiring the breathtaking scenery.

We also offer signature treatments in our relaxing spa and extensive walking trails throughout the nature reserve. Whether you fancy going for a 20-minute stroll before dinner or a two-hour hike to the top of Galatzo mountain, there are oodles of options from which to choose.
